Bad Boys for Life is a 2020 American action comedy film by Adil L. R and Bilal is directed by Falla and written by Chris Bremer, Peter Craig and Joe Carnahan. The sequel to Bad Boys II (2003) is the third installment of the Bad Boys trilogy and is based on a story by Craig and Carnahan. The film stars Will Smith, Martin Lawrence, Paula Nayes, Vanessa Hodens, Alexander Ludwig, Charles Melton, Kate Del Castillo, Nick Jaime, Thomas Bragg and Joe Pantoliano. Smith was co-produced with Jerry Brookheimer and Doug Belgrade. In Bad Boys for Life, Miami detectives Mike Lore and Marcus Burnett investigate a series of murders involving Burr's troubled past.
